Adobe just released an SDK so developers can build iPad apps that control Photoshop on your computer. And they announced three of their own!
- Easel - Paint on your iPad, beam it to Photoshop.
- Nav - Navigate open files and put your tools pallets on your iPad.
- Color Lava - Mix up color swatches on your iPad, beam ‘em to Photoshop.
Each runs on your iPad and interacts with Photoshop over WiFi.
p.s. Adobe, iPad-based Lightroom editing, plz! KTHXBAI!
Personally I like the idea of Adobe Nav with the toolbars and navigating open files on the iPad. I could see it being a little slower especially if your used to using all the keyboard shortcuts, but hey it looks cool and I could see some use out of it!

Introducing the New Yorker iPad App
Honestly I don’t even know what to make of this.
Wireless photos with your DSLR and iOS device
Whether you’re looking to wirelessly upload your photos to your iOS device or want to use it as a remote shutter, here’s how to make it happen.
We’re going to take a look at two ways to make this happen. The first is with an app called Shutter Snitch, which sends photos wirelessly from your camera to your iOS device, and the second is with an app called DSLR Remote, which lets you control your camera with your iOS device. Check out the video above for a quick run through of how to set things up.
